Week 6 Open Thread

October 10, 2026 - 04:04

The weekend slate is here, and with the Huskies having played on Friday night, Saturday is wide open for watching every other game on the board. This is the place to talk about all of it, from the first kickoff in the morning until the last whistle late at night. Feel free to drop in whenever you want, though once you settle in, you may find it hard to step away.

The early window does not feature any matchups between ranked teams, but that does not mean there is nothing worth watching. Indiana travels to Nebraska in a game that could say a lot about both programs. The Hoosiers have shown signs of life, while the Cornhuskers are still searching for consistency. It is the kind of game that can turn into a surprise shootout or a grind it out defensive struggle.

As the day rolls on, the matchups get bigger and the stakes get higher. Rivalries, conference battles, and playoff implications all come into focus. Whether you are rooting for a specific team or just flipping between channels, there is plenty to keep an eye on. Use this thread to share your thoughts, reactions, and hot takes as the action unfolds.
