Columbus Welcomes Its First Women’s Sports Bar

Amy Cooper, a lifelong athlete and dedicated Columbus firefighter, is on a mission to open Raise the Bar, the city's first sports bar exclusively for women. With a vision to create an inclusive space, Cooper aims to provide a welcoming environment where women can gather to celebrate their love for sports.

The concept behind Raise the Bar is to empower women by offering a venue that not only showcases women’s sports but also fosters community and camaraderie among female athletes and fans. The bar will feature a variety of sports events, highlighting female athletes and teams, while also serving a selection of food and beverages that cater to diverse tastes.
